About Robyn

I didn't set out to build a consulting firm.

I started Delegated Solutions after sitting at too many kitchen tables and boardroom desks with farm owners who were worn down by people problems and paperwork.They cared deeply about their staff and their businesses, but HR, safety and compliance kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list, until something went wrong. I saw the stress it caused, the cost it carried, and the toll it took on families and teams.

I knew there was a better way.

With more than 13 years across Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, compliance and digital transformation, I've supported businesses through growth, change, restructuring, investigations and system implementations, work that's taken me from corporate boardrooms to remote stations, worksites and farm gates right across Australia.

I've seen what works on the ground, not just on paper.

Today, my passion is helping farms, family-run businesses and small to medium enterprises build practical systems that reduce risk, improve efficiency and create better places to work. Whether I'm implementing Employment Hero, rolling out Safe Ag Systems, running a workplace investigation, developing a compliance framework or supporting a leader through a difficult people matter, the focus never changes: take the detail off your plate, and give you the confidence that it's handled properly.

My approach is practical, honest and solutions-focused. Most owners don't need more paperwork — they need systems that work, advice they can trust, and solutions that make sense for their business, their people and their budget.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me on a farm, travelling, or chasing down better technology to help businesses simplify the complex.
